This allows you to configure the system message to display in case the e-mail wasn't sent correctly.
Possibles values:
- NONE: no message is sent
- USER: a message is sent to the sender of the e-mail
- SYSOPR: a message is sent to QSYSOPR level users
You can change the actions executed by *USER and *SYSOPR in the MAP_C031P9 CL of the QSPECIF member of Opale.
