  • *.PAG files: spooled files used to base template designs off of (created by the IBM i upon request)
  • lstobj.txt: text files which contain all numbers and identifying pieces of overlays and generated downloadable fonts.

Caution: The lstobj.txt must not be edited or deleted!

If the file is lost, you can recreate it with the IBM i, by typing CALL MAP_823 on a command line.

  • Mapping generation files: files imported by the IBM i to create templates. When imported, these files are deleted from the Mapping folder.
  • overlays (without extension)
  • downloadable fonts (without extension): only exist if you use non integrated fonts.
  • nameoftheformatsequencenumber.spt: file with the name of the format, the sequence number (link between all mapping generation files)
  • nameoftheformatsequencenumbermap1: initialisation of the generated datastream
  • nameoftheformatsequencenumbermap2D: conditions
