Problem description:
On Windows 10, you get a "Missing fonts" error message in Designer when you know the fonts are installed on the PC.
Explanation:
By default, the new fonts installed on Windows 10 are saved in C:\Users\NOM_USER\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts
However, Designer expects the fonts to be found in C:\Windows\Fonts (or rather "WINDIR environment variable"\Fonts).
Solution:
Right-click the font you wish to install (e.g. Arial.ttf) and choose "Install for all users".
This will install the font in C:\Windows\Fonts and Designer will now find it.
Make sure you quit Designer completely and reopen it to update the list of fonts available.
