This menu allows you to change the language, the mode, the resolution as well as some options related to the generation of a Mapping template.

Click on the orange arrow icon to access this menu.

Here is the list of all available formats

Le language you choose must be compatible with the one defined in the page properties.

Mode

Black and White: The format is generated in black and white. If you used colours, they will be rendered in greyscale.
Colour: the format is generated in colour.

Resolution

300 dpi: Normal print quality. Minimum file size.
600 dpi: High print quality. Large file size.

Generation options

Overlay: If this box is ticked, the overlay is sent to the IBM i.
Fonts: If this box is ticked, the potential downloadable fonts are sent to the IBM i.

If they were not edited, sending font objects and overlays is not necessary. However, sending them every time the project is generated is recommended.

Nom du Mapping : Nom AS/400 de votre document
Séquence du Mapping : Numéro permettant des traitements multiples
Descriptif : Libellé de votre format Mapping, uniquement informatif.
Chemin d'accès au dossier partagé : Rappel du répertoire où sont générés les fichiers du Mapping.
Dans le cas d'une génération multiple, liste des projets générés
Messages d'informations éventuels sur les limites du langage

Remarque :

Le répertoire de partage doit être commun à l’ensemble des développeurs Designer.

En effet, dans ce répertoire de partage se trouve un fichier lstobj.txt dans lequel sont listées toutes les ressources utilisées dans les projets Designer :
fonds de page, logos, polices, composants, etc. Il ne doit surtout pas exister plusieurs versions différentes de ce fichier sur chacun des postes hébergeant l’application sous peine d’avoir des doublons d’ID de ressources lors des générations de projets.
