Template

To save the Template

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Click on the Save icon of the Standard toolbar

or

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Choose the Save option in the File Menu

or

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+S"

To save the template under an other name, choose the Save as option then Document, in the File Menu.

To create a new Template

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Click on the icon New of the Standard toolbar

or

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Choose option New then Document, in the File Menu.

or

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+N"

Your new template is ready.

To open an existing Template

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Click on the Open icon of the Standard toolbar

or

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Choose option Open then Document in the File Menu

or

• Click on the Map F (Front) tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+O"

Note: To open the Duplex of a Template, click on the Map B (Back) tab instead of the Map F one.
