map_xps

The 'map_xps' command can be used in combination with an internal command e.g. 'Mapcpyspfl'.

-infile:XXX        : input file
-outfile:XXX       : output file
-add               : concatenates XPS files
-tempfile          : creates a temporary file during merging
-listResource      : lists resources in an XPS file
-logfile:XXX       : sends the log to a file
-pages:XXX         : selects only certain pages in the input file
-changeformat:XXXX : change paper format
-sort:XXX          : sorts the input file
-param:XXX         : passes a parameter
-set:XXX           : Print Ticket management
-toPrinter:XXX     : sends output to a Windows printer
-toQueue:XXX       : sends output to a Mapping printer
-environment:XXX   : uses document criteria as userdata for the outputted spool file
-exec:XXX          : runs a command after conversion in all cases
-onError:XXX       : runs a command after conversion if an error occurred
-onSuccess:XXX     : runs a command after conversion if successful
-MemSpace          : used in XPS to MapDraw XML conversions to keep blank spaces in variable text zones
-UCS2              : creates a MapDraw XML Unicode file
-verbose           : enables verbose mode

Transforms:

-convert required in all transforms
-config:XXX XPS profile name in the file XPSConfig.conf
-profile:XXX XPS profile name in the file XPSConfig.conf
-fromAFP infile is AFPDS
-fromESCP infile is ESCP
-fromIGP infile is IGP
-fromImage infile is in one of several supported image formats
-fromPCL infile is PCL
-fromPDF infile is PDF
-fromPS infile is PostScript
-fromTXT infile is TXT
-fromZPL infile is ZEBRA
-toAFP converts infile to AFPDS
-toBMP converts infile to BMP
-toDOCX converts infile to DOCX
-toEPL converts infile to EPL
-toESC converts infile to ESC
-toESCP converts infile to ESCP
-toHTML converts infile to HTML
-toIGP converts infile to IGP
-toJPG converts infile to JPG
-toMapDraw converts infile to MapDraw
-toMonarch converts infile to Monarch
-toPCL converts infile to PCL
-toPDF converts infile to PDF

-toXMLDRAW converts infile to MapDraw compatible XML

Indexing Criteria used for Archiving:

-dumpIndex lists all archiving criteria found in the file
-dumpIndex:XXX lists the values of the specified criterion
-extract:XXX creates a file containing the index values
-filter:XXX keyword used to search index values
-length:XXX length of index values to be extracted
-shift:XXX skips XXX characters after the keyword
-box:X,X,X,X,X searches index values by position
-addCriteria:XXX adds archiving criteria
-indexfile:XXX index file for third-party archiving
-duplicateindex also lists the values of criterion present more than once
-exportemptyindex writes indexes, even those with no set value

Image Processing:

-bpp:XXX bits per pixel
-FitPage fit to page
-Orientation:XXX angle in degrees
-sizeX:XXX horizontal image size for image rendering
-sizeY:XXX vertical image size for image rendering

Image Raster:

-param:RasterCompressionMethod=OPTION, with OPTION (not case-sensitive):
-RAW      : No optimization, no compression
-RLE      : Run Length Encoding mode. Correct compression with images using a high rate of same colors
-TIFF     : Enhanced RLE mode. Combination of raw and rle
-DeltaRow : Processing by comparing differences between lines. Optimal method for most cases
-Adaptive : Adaptive mode. This algorithm detects the best encoding method
-Dynamic  : Enhanced Adaptive mode, for large images
