For cases where your teams must produce emails or documents corresponding to a specific situation (e.g.: mail recovery, exceptional processing, custom mail, etc) and requiring a particular drafting (out of process, for example), M-Unit allows you to connect your desktop tools to the channels of communication in place under Mapping.

M-Unit acts as a virtual printer that allows from any application (desktop or otherwise) to send your documents to Mapping, and so benefit from different features subsequently (treatment, routing, dissemination, etc).
