Note:
When accessing this first view, the page is automatically refreshed with the default filters. The LOAD_SPOOLS_ON_VIEW (on/off) environment variable allows you to deactivate this refresh so that the user can specify filters.
The view is not refreshed automatically when changing from one tab to another so that the user can specify display filters before the results are refreshed
