MappingSpooler service is not starting up

Problem :

The Mapping_Spooler service does not start on Windows. An error message appears:

Solution :

• Empty directory ...\Mapping temp
• Empty Logs
• Disable execution prevention on non-Windows services:

Go to Windows settings. System Advanced system settings. Choose performance settings.

In the “Data Execution Prevention” tab, choose the first option.
