Project association:

Multiple generation:

  • Selects several Designer projects to generate them all at once.

Import:

  • M-Designer File: imports another existing Designer overlay to the static part of the current project: component or static part of another project.
  • M-Designer XML: imports the entirety of a Designer project which was previously exported to the XML format, to the application. This process imports the XML file as a new project, retrieves all its properties and designs.
  • Resources: imports an external resource as an overlay of a new project, in the application. Resources can either be XPS documents or AFPDS overlays.

Export:

  • Printer (PCL5): prints out the overlay of the current project via a printer which is specified on the workstation.
  • Watermark (M-Storage): exports the overlay of the current project as a watermark that can be used in M-Storage.
  • Overlay (PCL5): selects an M-Designer (.mpw) overlay to export in PCL5 on the disk.
  • Projects: selects one or several projects to export in a compressed folder (.zip) with the associated spooled file if accessible.
  • M-Designer XML: exports the entirety of the current project in an XML description file. All properties and designs of the project are specified in the file which can then be imported the next time the application is opened on another workstation for instance.

Close:
