How can I create emergency keys?
You can generate 7-day emergency keys by yourself in the following events:
- Disaster recovery plan
- Anticipated page consumption before the next reset date (on-demand keys)
- Temporary installation on a back-up server
The goal of creating emergency keys is to prevent service interruptions. You then have 7 days to contact us or your Mapping Partner and get back to a stable situation.

What are the PDF formats supported by Mapping?

Check that the font is loaded in to the printer. The printer is looking for an external font and cannot find it. It looks in its memory. You will need to pre-load the fonts in to the printer memory using an SD card or USB link, etc.
My PDF file doesn't look right after generating through Mapping
The way PDF files are displayed can differ greatly depending on which PDF viewer is used. We recommend that you check the printed document. You can test rendering using various applications such as MapWeb, Acrobat Reader, Foxit, MS Edge, etc.
