OPALE - 10.0 - Usage - Adding an Outq to the spooled file manager

This command adds an input Outq to the spooled file manager without using the menu options. It is especially useful if you need to add a lot of Output queues.

- Outq In: Input Outq
- Library name : Input Outq library
- Outq Out b: Output Outq
- Library name: Output Outq library
- Dataq Name: Name of the associated DTAQ
- Library of Dtaq: Library of the associated DTAQ
